Shipping + Returns
Delivery is £4.95 to a UK delivery address. If you would like delivery outside of the UK, please get in touch and I can obtain a quote.
I hope you love your purchase, however if you are in anyway dissatisfied, please contact me in writing or via email within 7 working days. You may then return the items within 14 days, in the same condition that it was delivered (including any labels) and in its original packaging for a refund or replacement. Please post to RETURNS, 103 Earlshall Road, London SE9 1PP. Please ensure you include the returns slip in your parcel.
I recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns as unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. If the product is not in fully saleable condition, I reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please note that I cannot refund delivery charges unless the products are faulty. If your item arrives broken, please take a photo and email to me at email@example.com and I can despatch a replacement or arrange for a refund.
Personalised/made to order products may not be returned or refunded unless faulty, in line with the Office of Fair Trading’s Distance Selling Regulations (2000)
You can cancel your order, in writing, at any time within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund, unless items have already been dispatched.
